As Proprietor of Darwin's Barra Base and Beale's Bedfish & Breakfast, Mr. Beale has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.
Allan's dual business is located in the heart of Darwin just a few miles from the center of the city and the airport. Beale and his team of highly skilled guides will lead you through a variety of waterways including saltwater, bluewater and the billabongs where an assortment of fish species resides. They operate three custom built guide boats and can cater to corporate fishing groups, families, couples and individuals.
Beale's Bedfish & Breakfast, which Allan renovated along with his wife Heather, has spacious, comfortable bedrooms as well as a plethora of amenities and activities available to provide fun for the whole family or group. They are also a fully qualified and accredited Child Care facility in case guests want to bring their children along.
Mr. Beale has spent 16 years fishing in Darwin's Northern Territory alone which makes him the perfect guide for the hundreds of excellent fishing spots in the area. Overall he has been catching fish since he was a young child which gives him over 40 years of experience. Allan has plenty of interesting stories to share with his clients as he has led quite an eventful life.
During his educational career, Allan earned an Associate's Degree in Child Care at Darwin University in 1988. He has been the subject of favorable press in Modern Fishing Magazine and various other print and internet travel publications. Mr. Beale participated professionally in Aussie Rules Football until the age of 36. He also spent over 20 years in the Australian Army and spent a number of years as an Ammunition Technician.
