Director Of Golf Instruction Follows The Course To Stanford Who's Who
Stanford Who's Who welcomes Steve Chapman to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his sensational work in the Sports and Recreation Industry.
TORONTO, ON, CANADA, December 11, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes Steve Chapman to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his sensational work in the Sports and Recreation Industry. As Director of Instruction for the Core Golf Academy Canada, as well as throughout his incredible 29 years of professional experience, Mr. Chapman has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
The Core Golf Academy provides intensive instruction, coaching and private education for young golfers who are focused on taking their game to the next level. Their world-class team of PGA Tour coaches provides coaching and mentoring for young golfers aspiring to greatness on and off the course.
Mr. Chapman is a certified golf and fitness coach. He played on the Australian, Asian and Canadian Tour from 1982 to 1992. Prior to becoming the Director of Instruction at the Core Golf Academy, he served as Golf Coach at Tulsa University, and a Senior Teaching Professional for Lionhead Academy and Clublink Academy at Glen Abbey Golf Club.
During his educational career, Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Leisure Management and Administration with a Minor in Psychology from Tulsa University. Mr. Chapman volunteered as the Head Instructor for the Mississauga Special Olympics. He also played in the 1988 US Open as well as 5 Canadian Opens. Steve was the 1995 Canadian Assistants Champion and the 1995 and 1996 Ontario PGA Champion. He also represented Canada at the US Assistants Championship in 1995.
